is from Calvillo, Aguascalientes, Mexico. It is a 16.6 carat free form cabochon that measures 24x19x4mm and displays a wonderful mixture of colors. This polished Mexican gem is ready for final wrapping, setting, or display. Photographs were taken indoors under lights and outdoors in sunlight. The Calvillo Fire Agate (Agata De Fuego as it is called in Spanish) mines in the Mexican State of Aguascalientes are known for producing gems with mixed color variations from reds, greens, purples and blues.
